Shipping Details

  • Delivery Charges: Rs. 499/- only

  • Orders placed on Friday or Public Holidays are processed on the next working day

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days

  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 7 working days

  • For first-time customers, order confirmation may be done via call, SMS, or WhatsApp for verification

Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At sakurastudiopk.com, we aim to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period (7-Day Warranty)

We offer a 7-day return and exchange warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Product must include all accessories

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible

  • Customers must send the item back using a trackable courier service

2. Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not working properly:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Keep the product in its original packaging

  • A replacement or suitable solution will be provided after verification

We take full responsibility for faulty or defective items.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product:

  • Submit your exchange request to our support team

  • A rider will collect the old item and deliver the new one

  • Exchange delivery charges: Approx. Rs. 650/- (covers two-way courier cost)

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The product is faulty or defective

  • The product is out of stock

  • The issue cannot be resolved through replacement

Refund Method: Bank Transfer

  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • In some cases, refunds may be issued based on return tracking before the parcel arrives

5. Return Shipping Costs

Delivery charges are not refundable in cases of:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Exchange requests for color or size preference

Even if a product is listed with “free delivery,” the delivery cost is already included in the product price.

Delivery charges are refunded only if the mistake is from sakurastudiopk.com, such as a faulty or incorrect item being delivered.
